Osaka Store Exchange and Return Policy


Tangible products that are replaceable and returnable


  • You have the right to return or exchange the product within 3 days of receiving the order, subject to the following terms and conditions.


1- The product must be in its original condition and its carton and packaging must not have been opened.


2- Submit a return or exchange request within the specified period of 3 days without any exceptions


3 - Submit a return or exchange request by contacting us via WhatsApp (submitting the request via email, text messages or phone call will not be taken into consideration)


4 - The customer bears all shipping, return, or exchange costs. If shipping was free for an existing promotion, the free shipping amount will be deducted in case of a return.


5 - Refunds are processed within 7 to 14 working days, excluding holidays and official vacations.


  • Digital products are not eligible for exchange or return.


1 - All Subscriptions, once activated, cannot be exchanged, refunded, or canceled.


2 - All software activation requests, once activated, cannot be replaced, refunded, or canceled.


3 - If you delete the activated program, you will have to pay the activation fee again, so you should not delete any activated program.


4 - If the subscription does not work on one of the different devices or systems and works on another device and system, the customer is not entitled to claim compensation, cancellation, refund or replacement of the subscription (you can check the compatibility of the subscription with one of the devices or systems by contacting us on WhatsApp)


5 - In the event that the subscription stops working due to a general problem or a fault on the server itself, the store is not obligated to claim compensation, cancellation, refund or replacement of the subscription because the problem is outside the powers of our store (and we are keen to provide the maximum possible support before and after the subscription).
